Intro:
Mark joined BioTeam in 2015 and is responsible for all BioTeam financial operations, supports and manages multiple back-office systems and advises on IP licensing matters.
Background
Mark has a diverse history across financial and legal responsibilities and has designed and implemented workflow and knowledge management systems throughout his career. Mark is a LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt.
Mark has a BS in Accounting from the University of Arizona, and a JD from The College of William & Mary.
Mark is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and a member of several international open-source legal working groups.
Personal Interests:
Outside of work, Mark trains and tours on bicycles, renovates old houses, and works on tech and “maker” projects.
