Jennifer Russo Wortman is the Managing Director at BioTeam, specializing in genomics, computational biology, and team leadership. She brings over 25 years of research experience, having led high-performance teams in both biotech and academic settings. Prior to joining BioTeam, Jennifer was the VP for Clinical Discovery at Seres Therapeutics and Director of Microbial Informatics at the Broad Institute. At BioTeam, Jennifer helps organizations tackle challenging data problems and advance biotech initiatives through strategic planning and the design of data ecosystems.
