Background
Allie comes from a healthcare background where she architected and built custom extreme-scale cloud diagnostic pipelines for the organization’s flagship Whole Genome Sequencing product.
Before that, she led a variety of HPC projects at two global life sciences corporations involving grid computing, parallel storage, cloud cluster architecture, and cluster migration. She was also instrumental in projects for global stock exchanges and government, as well as leading a support team at a university Academic Computing Lab.
Personal Interests:
Allie enjoys creating diverse backyard native habitats like frog ponds, pollinator gardens, and bird nesting areas. She recently discovered a passion for martial long-form Wudang Taiji. She gets a kick out of rural river tubing excursions as well as lazy recumbent bike rides on scenic rails-to-trails with friends and family.
