Background
Michelle brings knowledge of molecular biology, animal studies, and clinical research data, as well as an understanding of the regulatory and compliance standards and laws governing research and data management. Michelle received her Ph.D. in Neuroscience in 2008 from the University of Texas at Austin (UT) focusing on the molecular mechanism of addiction. As a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University, she worked in small molecule drug discovery in cardiology and nephrology pathways. She has worked in many aspects of clinical research, including a human subject coordinator at Stanford and the director of medical affairs at Cognosetta, Inc.
Personal Interests:
I enjoy running, hiking, kayaking, beach bumming, coffee shop crawling, and knitting.
