Bio:

Amanda Alston is a Program Manager at BioTeam specializing in technical program management, government contracting, and software development lifecycles. She brings more than 12 years of experience working at the intersection of science and technology, supporting diverse sectors including the FAA and the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to joining BioTeam, Amanda managed complex network infrastructure projects and equipment refreshes within the consulting industry. At BioTeam, Amanda helps organizations accomplish their strategic missions through the application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and rigorous project management.
