Cindy is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Prior to joining BioTeam in 2013, she had been a legal professional for over 20 years and also gained experience as an operations strategist. Cindy oversees the management of BioTeam’s Legal department as well as the Human Resources team.
Background
Cindy is an experienced legal and non-legal project manager and had been recognized for her collaborative approach in the areas of contract drafting and negotiation. She has experience driving continuous operational improvement, creating compliant processes and policies, along with consistent contribution to organizational strategy and growth. Cindy received a BA from Simmons University, Boston, MA; a MS from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA; and a JD from Massachusetts School of Law, Andover, MA.
