Background

I have worn many hats in my career, from entry-level IT admin to OPS manager for a networking team. I have been fortunate to be part of several teams that ran high-level projects and ran several projects myself.  I have deployed an entire production network of 20 routers in less than a month and have overhauled major networks to add more capacity.  The network deployment consisted of designing, configuring, and racking the hardware.  Aside from the networking side, my career has also allowed me to develop my talent in Backoffice applications for managing and maintaining the network.  I have deployed open-source applications that include NMS, email, MS active directory, and some custom scripts for a specific task.

Personal Interests:

On my down time, I enjoy being the Tiger Den Leader for Pack 727 where my son is a scout. I am also looking for some wood working projects that I can build.  I am also always looking for ways to automate my house as much as possible.  I mostly use opensource projects with Raspberry PI hardware.
