Informatics

BioTeam works closely with clients to develop high-performance scientific computing solutions for large-scale computing problems. We evaluate, recommend, and implement hardware and software technology to address each client's particular scientific research needs. In collaboration with each client, we assess the applications currently in use and those anticipated for the future. We then create solutions to facilitate better and scalable scientific research.

Our iNquiry software platform enables the rapid deployment of a ready-to-use cluster and web portal for use in life science informatics settings. It comes preconfigured with many open source scientific applications and can be extended to support additional commercial, open-source or internally developed applications.

The Pathway to Next-Generation Sequencing Integration
